Submit a repair request

If your toilet is clogged...

Use a plunger to try to push anything stuck in the pipes through the system. If you don't have a plunger, you can typically purchase one at big box stores or local hardware shops.

Continue to plunge the plunger up and down until the drain clears on its own. Do not flush the toilet when trying to unclog it, as this could cause the toilet basin to overflow.

If your electricity isn't working...

Call the utility company before you make a repair request. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and determine whether the problem is localized to your neighborhood or there is a specific issue with your home.

If you don't have hot water or your system doesn't seem to be producing enough of it, locate the water heater. Check the settings on the tank and verify that everything is set correctly. Is the heating tank in vacation mode? Are the temperature controls set sufficiently high?

If you make any changes to the settings, wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing the water temperature again.

If your HVAC system seems to be malfunctioning, locate the central thermostat in your property and check the settings. Does everything look accurate? Make sure nothing has been changed accidentally and cycle the system off and back on again to see if this restores the system defaults.

If you continue to have problems, make a repair request.
